From member jackie: Just wanted to pass this along to share with everyone! My husband and I just started the 6WBMO on 11/5 and are so excited about our success with the program and have enjoyed all the new flavors we never even knew that food had (it was always covered in butter/cheese/salt/etc)! My husband is a body type "A" and I'm a body type "C", but both of us eat the same evening meal (which makes it easier). It has been a little bit of a challenge to find foods that our two children (7-yr-boy & 4-yr-girl) like, so when we find one that they like too we'll pass them along! They LOVED this chicken (as did we)!!! Hope someone else can use this!
List of Ingredients
2 tsp Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper
1 tbsp rice flour
12 oz boneless chicken breasts
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup homemade chicken brothRecipe
Lightly spray pan with Pam**. Pat chicken dry and roll it in combined rice flour and Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper. Brown Chicken on both sides (about 3 minutes per side). Combine lemon juice with chicken broth and pour over chicken. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Remove lid and cook for another 5 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
