Chicken: Hollywood Chicken

3 lbs. of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 lemon
Mrs. Dash: salt-free grilling blends original chicken blend –OR- salt-free lemon pepper
1 papaya - diced
1 fresh pineapple - diced
3 peaches - dicedRecipe
Wash & clean the chicken breasts under cool water. Place in a shallow baking dish. Squeeze ½ lemon over the chicken and sprinkle your favorite Mrs. Dash. Two are recommended above. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until done.
In a bowl, combine: 1 C. diced papaya, 1 C. fresh pineapple and 3 peaches (remove the skin if desired), and mix & toss. Add a tsp of lemon juice and blend again.
Once chicken is done, place a portion of chicken (2 – 3 oz) on a plate and add ¼ C of the fruit salsa on top. Serve with a salad of greens!
Plan: 6WBMO Meal: Breakfast, Mid-morning, Snack, possibly Afternoon Snack or Dinner, but not all the time due to the fruit--
