3 or 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
2 cans salt free tomato sauce
1 can water
1/2 green pepper (chopped)
1/2 onion (chopped)
2 T chili powder
2 t garlic powder
2 t black pepper

Season chicken breasts with spices and brown both sides in non stick skillet. Add tomato sauce, green pepper, onion and spices. Cover and let simmer for about 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Remove chicken from the sauce and divide into 2 oz portions. Serve with the sauce over rice, baked potato or just by itself. You can adjust spices for more or less flavor depending on your preferences, but this is a yummy and versitile sauce.
