    1 Êpound fresh boneless, skinless chicken thigh cutlets
    1 Êcan (8-oz.) tomato sauce (low sodium)
    2 Êtablespoons onion flakes
    1 Êpackage low-sodium instant beef-flavored broth mix
    1/4 Êteaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 Êcup water

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350¡F. Spray a shallow casserole with nonstick cooking spray. Place chicken in prepared pan. In a small bowl combine tomato sauce, onion flakes and instant beef-flavored broth, mixing well. Spoon over chicken. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and continue to bake 20 minutes more. Serve hot.

    The only thing I changed was that I used chicken breasts instead of thighs. The meat was juicy and very flavorful and a huge hit!

    I used boneless pork chops instead, because I had no chicken...my husband said they were the best pork chops he had ever had! I spooned the sauce from pan over rice.
