1 �pound fresh boneless, skinless chicken thigh cutlets
1 �can (8-oz.) tomato sauce (low sodium)
2 �tablespoons onion flakes
1 �package low-sodium instant beef-flavored broth mix
1/4 �teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 �cup waterRecipe
Preheat oven to 350�F. Spray a shallow casserole with nonstick cooking spray. Place chicken in prepared pan. In a small bowl combine tomato sauce, onion flakes and instant beef-flavored broth, mixing well. Spoon over chicken. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and continue to bake 20 minutes more. Serve hot.

The only thing I changed was that I used chicken breasts instead of thighs. The meat was juicy and very flavorful and a huge hit!
I used boneless pork chops instead, because I had no chicken...my husband said they were the best pork chops he had ever had! I spooned the sauce from pan over rice.
