Chicken: Lemon Pepper Chicken & Mushroom

* chicken tenderloins
* salt free lemon pepper
* fresh mushrooms sliced
* 1 chopped onion
* 1/2 cup wine
* 1/2 cup waterRecipe
Place washed chicken on a tray and season both sides with lemon pepper. Heat a covered non-stick frying pan on medium heat. Brown chicken on both sides, and from pan and set aside. Add onion to pan and brown. Add wine and cook until reduced. Stir in 1/2 water and simmer a minute. Return browned chicken to pan, top with sliced mushrooms and cover, simmer on medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes or until tender and chicken is cooked through.
