2 large chicken breasts
sprigs of rosemary
sprigs of basil
slices of lemon

Before baking I cut a slit in the middle of the breasts and stuffed in a slice of lemon, one sprig of rosemary and one sprig of basil. ÊBake at 350 degrees until done (depends on size of breast. Mine took 45 minutes). Chop and measure. ÊThey chicken is so flavorful and moist, you dont miss the salt and fat.
