    Chicken: Limed Mexican Chicken Grill

    List of Ingredients

    * 6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    * 5 fresh jalapenos
    * 1 whole onion
    * 1 whole head of garlic
    * chopped fresh cilantro
    * 3 fresh limes
    * cayenne pepper
    * black pepper

    Recipe

    Sprinkle chicken breasts with cayenne and black peppers to taste. Chop vegetables and mix together. In a plastic container, layer vegetables, chicken, lime juice, repeat until vegetables are used up. Marinate 24 hours then grill or broil chicken.
