    List of Ingredients




    1-1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

    Marinade
    3 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 tablespoon minced garlic
    1 tablespoon minced ginger
    1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
    1 tablespoon chopped green onion
    2 teaspoons Splenda
    1 teaspoons chili flakes
    1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
    1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
    1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
    1/4 teaspoon white pepper

    Lime wedges
    Mint sprigs

    Recipe



    1. Combine marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Add chicken and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or up to overnight.

    Cooking
    1. Lift chicken from marinade and drain briefly, and arrange chicken on a grill 4 to 6 inches above a solid bed of low-glowing coals. Cook, turning and basting occasionally until meat is no longer pink.

    2. Arrange on a platter and garnish with lime wedges and mint sprigs.
