Made home made sushi last night and it was awesome. I found the toasted seaweed stuff that only had 2g of sodium in it. Took my rice and mixed it with a little rice vinegar and garlic powder, spread it over 3/4 of the seaweed (I know, not the technical term)
then put grilled chicken, zucchini and cauliflower down the center. Used wax paper to roll it into a tight roll, wet the end to seal it slightly and sliced it into pieces. Loved it! I also put a little drop of sodium free worchestershire sauce on each one.
