Chicken: Orange Barbecue Chicken

1 1/2 Êpounds fresh boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 Êcan (8-oz.) tomato sauce, low sodium
3 Êtablespoons Orange Marmalade (this is not on plan ingredient)
1 Êtablespoon minced dried onion
1 Êteaspoon vinegar
1 Êteaspoon Worcestershire Sauce, low sodium
1/4 Êteaspoon garlic powder
1/8 Êteaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/8 Êteaspoon ground black pepperRecipe
Preheat oven to 350¡F. Spray a 7x11-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place chicken in prepared pan; set aside. In a small bowl combine tomato sauce, marmalade, onion flakes, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, hot sauce and pepper. Spread half of the sauce over chicken.
Bake chicken, uncovered, for 1 hour, basting with sauce several times. Heat remaining sauce and serve with chicken.
