Chicken: Pan Fried Chicken Strips

2 Tbsp nsa chicken broth, or more as needed
1 skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into 1/2" strips
1 clove garlic, crushed or minced
1 heaping Tbsp chopped green onion
1-2 Tbsp Marsala wine
generous squeeze of lemon juice
freshly ground black pepper, to taste Recipe
Heat a non-stick frying pan. Add the chicken broth and allow to sizzle before adding chicken strips, garlic, and green onions. Saute over medium high heat until the chicken is lightly browned and tender. Remove chicken from pan. Add the Marsala and lemon juice and allow the liquids to reduce for a moment. Return the chicken to the hot pan and add pepper. Do not overcook this dish. Serve immediately.
