Chicken: Raspberry Glazed Chicken

½ diced red onion
1 tsp dried thyme
pepper to taste
boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup raspberries mixed with ¼ cup Splenda
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegarRecipe
1. In a large pan sauté onions over low heat until tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
2. Rub thyme and pepper onto the chicken breasts.
3. Place chicken in the pan with the onions and sauté for 6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked thorough.
4. Remove chicken, keep warm, and leave onions in the pan.
5. Add the raspberry mixture and balsamic vinegar to pan and heat over low. Stir constantly until well thoroughly combined and slightly reduced.
6. Spoon sauce over chicken and serve.
