Chicken: Saucy Chicken

Recipe Introduction
From member jennservice: This is one of my favorite recipes which I am glad I was able to modify. It is spicy but you can decrease the amount of ginger if it is too hot for you.
List of Ingredients
* 1 1/2 cups Ketchup (I used the one from the recipe forum Ketchup 2)
* 2 tbsp low sodium worchestershire sauce** (this is an off plan ingredient)
* 3 tbsp Splenda
* 1 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
* 1/2 cup sodium free chicken broth
* 1/2 tbsp cornstarch** (this is an off plan ingredient)
* 1/2 tsp ground oatmeal
* 2 -4 oz chicken breasts cubed
* 2-3 tbsp minced ginger
* 1 tbsp minced garlic
* 1 small onion, chopped
* 1 green bell pepper, chopped
* 1 red bell pepper, chopped
* 2 cups carrots chopped
* 1 cups snow peas chopped
Recipe
Combine first 5 ingredients and set aside. Then combine cornstarch and flour together in a bowl and toss in chicken; stir to coat. Heat wok until hot, add chicken mixture. Stir chicken mixture until the outside has turned white, approx. 1 minute. Add peppers, carrots, and onion and stir for 2-3 minutes. Add peas and sauce previously set aside. Cook until boiling on medium heat.
