    It's really, really yummy over rice or rice pasta. This is how to make it, in case you would like to try it. I take like 7 or 8 cans of no salt added tomato sauce, and like 3 cans of tomato paste and throw it in the slow cooker. then add garlic, onion powder, basil and oregano to taste. Also add like 4 packets of Splenda (you can also add grated carrot to make the sauce sweeter) to cut the acidity of the tomato taste. You can fry up slices of onions, peppers and mushrooms, or just throw them in raw. Then I stuff in as much chicken as can possibly fit and cook on low overnite. It makes the chicken so so so tender and delicious.

    I stick it in the frig to cool and then take out all the chicken and weigh into portions in ziplock bags, then I add sauce to each bag, and zip up and put in a larger ziplock bag. Every day I just grab a bag and stick in a container with my rice, and voila..
