nonstick cooking spray
14 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup brown sugar twin
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
1 teaspoon dried mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
thin lemon slices
1 tablespoon cornstarc h
1/2 cup fat free low sodium chicken broth
Recipe
Coat large skillet with cooking spray; heat skillet. Add chicken and cook 3 minutes. Turn chicken. Top each breast with a lemon slice; cover and cook 3 minutes or until chicken is done. Transfer chicken and lemon slices to a serving plate; keep warm. Combine cornstarch and broth; add to mixture in skillet. Cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute or until sauce is thickened. Spoon evenly over chicken. Makes 6 (2 oz.) portions of Protein B
