    Chicken: Spicy Chicken Dinner

    Recipe Introduction

    From member chikee: You can use turkey, chicken, or shrimp - whichever meat you prefer. You can also use your favorite veggies so this recipe works for you!

    List of Ingredients

    2 oz cooked chicken
    white wine
    1/4 cup cooked rice
    1/4 cup potatoes
    1/4 cup broccoli
    6 baby carrots
    1/3 cup white onion, finely chopped
    1/3 cup red or green bell pepper, chopped
    6 cherry tomatoes
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp minced garlic
    Mrs. Dash extra spicy
    salt substitute if needed

    Recipe

    Add onions and bell pepper to skillet with a small amount of wine and saute. Add remaining ingredients except tomatoes and cook for 15 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Add water as needed during cooking. Add tomatoes during last minute of cooking.
