Chicken: Spicy Chicken Stirfry

List of Ingredients
2 1/2 cups raw diced chicken breast
1/2 cup red bell pepper (diced)
1/2 cup green bell pepper (diced)
½ cup of yellow bell pepper
1/2 cup mushrooms (sliced)
1/2 cup broccoli (pieces)
1/2 cup carrots (sliced on the bias)
1/2 cup red onion (diced)
1/4 cup green onions (sliced)
2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
1 tablespoon of CAYENNE PEPPER
1/2 cup no sodium added chicken broth
4 cups cooked rice Recipe
In sauté pan heat under low heat add ½ chicken broth, garlic, ginger, CAYENNE PEPPER, and chicken and sauté for 2 minutes or until chicken is done. Add remaining broth and vegetables and continue to cook for several minutes or until vegetables begin to soften (3 to 5 minutes). Serve over hot brown rice.
*Great with beef or shrimp
