    Chicken: Succulent Chicken

    Recipe Introduction

    From member seven: Never has your chicken been so infused with flavor - and you created it just by adding all your favorite things. Plus it only took about 15 minutes total!

    List of Ingredients

    chicken breasts
    your favorite seasonings
    white wine or no-sodium chicken broth
    mushrooms
    carrots
    onions
    garlic
    1 cup or more water, broth, tomato sauce, or wine

    Recipe

    Sprinkle your favorite seasonings over meat and brown in a little white wine or broth. Place the browned meat along with the vegetables into a pressure cooker with at least 1 cup of your choice of liquid.

    Bring to full pressure and cook at a slow rock for 8 minutes. Remove cooker from heat and allow to cool on its own.
