    Chicken: Sweet & Spicy Chicken Breasts

    Recipe Introduction

    From member April: I put these in the freezer and I've got my protein all ready to be added to whatever meal I need.

    List of Ingredients

    * 3 to 4 lbs of chicken breasts
    * 1 can of pineapple (0 sodium, packed in own juice)
    * 1 onion
    * 3 cloves garlic
    * Any fresh herbs you may have on hand

    Recipe

    Combine pineapple, onion, garlic, and herbs in a blender or food processor; pour over 9 x 13 pan or oven roaster full of chicken breasts. Bake at 350¡ for 1 hour. When cool cut up chicken place in individual serving containers.
