Chicken: Tangy Barbecued Chicken

6 chicken breasts, skinned, boneless
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons grated lemon peel
3 medium garilc cloves, finely minced or pressed
2 teaspoons coarse ground pepper
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard Recipe
Place chicken in a nonaluminum bowl or baking dish and seta side. Mix togetherlemon juice, lemon peel, garlic, pepper and mustard in a small bowl. Pour marinade over chicken, turning to coat. cover and refrigerate. Barbecue (or broil) chicken until libhtly browned and juices run clear when cut.
