Chicken: Thai Chicken w/ Basil

1 lb chicken breasts
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 jalapeno chilies, seeded and finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped
1 tsp Splenda
1/4 cup NSA chicken broth Recipe
Cut chicken into 2 inch cubes. Sauté garlic and chilies in a tiny bit of NSA chicken broth, stirring for a few minutes. Add chicken, stir fry until chicken is no longer pink in the center. Stir in Splenda, sprinkle with basil and mint. Served over rice and stir-fry vegetables.
