    Put the breasts (chicken or turkey) in a microwave dish, add chopped garlic (fresh or from the jar) and mild jalepino peppers, cover and microwave for 10 minutes, let sit for about 5. Check for doneness as really the time depends on the amount of meat.

    The dish ends up with lots of great juice and keeps the meat very moist. Take two forks and shred the meat. It's a little bit of work but so worth the effort. As you shred the meat it seems to absorb that juice.
