    Micar's Stuffed Mushrooms

    6 super sized mushrooms
    2 oz. turkey sausage (from jambalaya recipe)
    1 small sweet onion (diced)
    1/4 t. pepper
    1/4 t. cayenne pepper (to taste)

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400°

    Filling: Remove stems from mushrooms and slice them up. Saute in nonstick pan with diced onion, seasonings and raw turkey sausage until sausage is browned and onions are soft.

    Mushrooms: Arrange whole mushrooms on nonstick cookie sheet. Stuff with filling mixture.

    Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
