    Turkey: Asian Style Turkey Burgers

    List of Ingredients

    1 pound ground turkey breast
    1/3 cup finely chopped onion
    3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
    2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
    2 tablespoons minced green bell pepper
    1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
    1 tablespoon cold water
    2 teaspoons grated peeled fresh ginger
    1/4 teaspoon peper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    cooking spray

    Recipe

    Combine all ingredients except cooking spray in a large bowl. Divide turkey mixture into 7 equal portions, shaping each into a patty. Place a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium high heat until hto. Add patties; cook 5 minutes on each side or until done. Alterately, grill until done on an indoor grill. Makes 7 servings.
