Turkey: Breakfast Sausage

List of Ingredients
1 lb. of ground turkey
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp splenda (can omit if you don't like it)
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. Sage
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepperRecipe
Mix together well and either form into patties and fry in nonstick pan, or crumble and fry in nonstick pan. I think this would be really good if you take 1 oz. of this sausage and combine it with 1 egg white and fry that would be 2 oz. of protein in the morning with your oatmeal
