Turkey: Camp Stew

List of Ingredients
2 c. beef broth, made with sodium free beef bouillon
1/2 med. potatoe, sliced very very thin
1 stalk celery, sliced very thin
1/2 cup matchstick carrots
1 tbsp. onion flakes
2 oz. cooked ground turkey (cut up from my sausages!)
couple glops sodium free tomato sauce
pepper
shake of garlic powder
shake of SF Frontier's All Purpose Seasoning
4 drops of worcestershire
shake of SF chili powderRecipe
I placed all of this in one pot and simmered 20 minutes, and WOW! Talk about cold-weather-comfort-food, and makes a nice sized bowl!
I made this earlier this week, and sprinkled a bit of arrowroot powder to thicken it up a bit (I used more broth then), and it thickened up really nice with a sort of "glaze" to it, that made it picture perfect!
