Turkey: Chutney Glazed Turkey

8 Turkey breast cutlets, 2 ounces each
Vegetable cooking spray
1/4 cup Mango chutney
1 tbl Dijon mustard
1 tbl Dry sherry
1 tsp Curry powderRecipe
* 1. Preheat broiler.
* 2. Place the turkey breast on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
* Combine the chutney, mustard, sherry, and curry powder in a bowl, and stir well. Brush half of the chutney mixture over the turkey cutlets and broil for 4 min.
* 3. Turn the turkey cutlets over, and brush with the remaining chutney mixture; broil and additional 3 min. or until done.
