Turkey: Easy Turkey Chili 2

4 cloves garlic
1 1/4 pounds lean ground turkey
2 cans (16 oz size) pinto beans, well rinsed drained
16 ounces stewed tomatoes
2 cans (14 oz size) diced tomatoes no salt
4 1/2 ounces diced mild green chiles
2 tablespoons no salt chili powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 to 1 tsp tabasco sauce
Recipe
Heat the oil in a 4-quart pot (or use cooking spray instead or broth). Add the garilc and turkey, cooking over moderate heat, and stir frequently to break up the turkey, until turkey becomes lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer. Cook, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
