Turkey: Extra Spicy Taco Salad Meat

From member althea: I use my recipe for taco salad meat for me and chili for my boyfriend. I measure out my 2 ounce serving size (enough for two weeks worth of salads) put it on a salad, and top with homemade salsa and the rest is his to eat.. It is great but it isn't for everyone. This recipe is very spicy, not for the faint of heart.
List of Ingredients
* 3 pounds ground turkey
* 10-1/2 oz chicken broth(salt free)
* 8 oz tomato sauce (salt free)
* 4 tbsp onion flakes
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 2 tsp hot pepper sauce
* 1 tsp jalapeno powder
* 1/2 tsp cayenne
* 1 tsp. white pepper

* 1/2 tsp black pepper
* 1/2 tsp onion powder
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder
* 1/2 tsp white pepper
* 1 tbs. ground cumin
* 1 tbsp paprika
* 5 tbsp chili powder (no salt)
* 1/2 tsp cayenne

*1/2 tsp cayenne
* 2 tsp ground cumin
* 3 tbsp chili powder (no salt)
* 1/2 tsp oregano
* 1/2 tsp onion powder
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder
* 1/4 tsp black pepper
Recipe
Mix first nine ingredients in a pan, bring to a boil, simmer 1 hour. Add next 8 ingredients and simmer for 1 hours. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
