Turkey: Garlic Turkey Flank Steak

List of Ingredients
2 lb Turkey steaks - (4 steaks)
1 tbl Virgin olive oil (may wish to in part or in whole with broth to make plan friendly)
8 Roasted garlic cloves
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1/4 cup Basil chiffonadeRecipe
* In a blender, puree oil and garlic to a thin paste. Season to taste with pepper. Spread garlic puree over steaks. Top steaks with 1/2 of basil chiffonade. Let sit for 30 minutes.
* Grill steaks 2 minutes on each side. Garnish with remaining basil chiffonade.
