    Turkey: Greek Seasoned Turkey

    List of Ingredients




    1 package Honeysuckle White Breast Cutlets
    1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. olive oil (for marinade)
    1/2 tsp. oregano, dried
    1/2 tsp. Greek seasoning
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
       or use:
    2 cloves garlic, minced

    Recipe



    Combine ingredient in a large, heavy-duty, zip-top bag. Add turkey. Seal bag and shake until turkey is well coated. Marinate in refrigerator 30 min., turning bag occasionally. Coat grill rack with cooking spray. Remove turkey from marinade and place on rack. Grill covered for 5-7 min. on each side or until turkey has reached an internal temperature of 170°F.
