Turkey: Hungarian Casserole

List of Ingredients
1 can tomato soup + ½ can of water (or use no salt tomato sauce and some tomato paste to thicken)
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 green pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. dry thyme
1/8 tsp. cayenne (or to taste)
1 tsp paprika
¼ lb. ground turkeyRecipe
Sauté vegetables until soft. Add ground turkey and cook until brown and crumbly. Add remaining ingredients and cook, covered, over low-med. Heat until rice is done, stirring occasionally.
