Turkey: Israeli Style Turkey Patties

4 lrg cloves garlic, pressed or minced
2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Pinch of cayenne pepper
(original recipe calls for 1/4 tsp salt)
1 1/2 lb ground turkeyRecipe
* 1) Combine garlic with other spices in a small bowl. Add spice mixture to turkey and mix lightly to blend. Shape into patties.
* 2) Heat a medium skillet; spray with cooking spray (or use broth for this step to prevent sticking). Add burgers and saute over medium heat about 3 minutes on each side, or until they are springy when pressed. Serve immediately.
