Turkey: Joy's Taco Salad Meat

Recipe Introduction
Joy's notes: I use my recipe for a duel purpose Taco Salad Meat for me and Chili for my boyfriend. I measure out my 2 ounce serving size (enough for two weeks worth of salads) put it on a salad, and top with homemade salsa and the rest is his to eat as Texas style chili. It is great but it isn't for everyone. This recipe is very spicy not for the faint of heart.
STEP ONE:
3 pounds ground Turkey
10 1/2 oz ÊChicken Broth(salt free)
8 oz Tomato Sauce (salt free)
4 Tbsp. Onion Flakes
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 tsp. Hot Pepper Sauce
1 tsp. Jalopeno Powder
1/2 tsp. caynenne
1 tsp. white pepper
Boil then cover and simmer for 1 hour
STEP TWO:
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. White Pepper
1 Tbsp. Ground Cumin
1 Tbsp. Paparika
5 Tbsp. Chili Powder (no salt)
1/2 tsp. Caynenne
Simmer for an hour
STEP THREE:
1/2 tsp Caynenne
2 tsp. Ground Cumin
3 Tbsp. Chili Powder (no salt)
1/2 tsp. Oregano
1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. ÊBlack Pepper
Simmer for 30 minutes
