    2 lbsGround Turkey Breast
    4 14.5 oz canned NS Tomatoes puree in blender
    minced Onion
    minced Bell Pepper
    minced celery
    Fresh Mushrooms sliced
    Oregano 2 teas
    Gr Cumin 1 teas
    Red Pepper ground 1/2 teas
    Blk pepper ground 1/2 teas

    Brown Turkey add onions, bell pepper, celery--then add tomatoes & spices Simmer about 1 hour--then add mushrooms.

    Cook rice--and steam whatever veggies you what to have--before serving--add rice to bowl then veggies then chili--enjoy!

    Chicken and rice with veggies
    Saute chicken breasts to total 4 servings in one cup no sodium broth along with peppers and onions and seasonings of your choice. I use Mrs. Dash garlic and herb as well as pepper
    When broth is almost gone add red wine about a cup and continue to simmer.
    I then add 2 cups of cooked rice and whatever other free veggies I may have on hand.
    Mix together, divide into four portions..it freezes well.
