Turkey: Pam's Sweet & Sour Meatloaf

* 1 1/2-lb ground turkey
* 4 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar
* 3 cups of unsweetened applesauce
* 1-2 packets of sweetener
Recipe
Mix well, this will be very mushy/soft. I've cooked this two ways: 1) is on the George Foreman grill, I put a good spoon full on the grill, about 10 total, and close the lid. I have the big one so I can get more done. I let it cook for 7 minutes until done. 2) I toss the mixture into my rice cooker hit start -- cooks for 30 minutes and it's done.
