List of Ingredients
* 1/2 cup oat flour (raw oatmeal ground in blender, measured after blending)
* 1 egg white
* 3/8 cup water
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp dried onion
* 1 tsp Italian spices
* other spices as desired
* no salt added tomato sauce
* favorite veggies such as bell pepper, onion, mushrooms
* turkey sausage
Recipe
Mix all ingredients except turkey. Pour into hot skillet. Spread batter to as thick or thin as you would like your crust. Flip when bubbling on top like a pancake. Remove when done on both sides. Top with low sodium tomato sauce, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, etc as you like, and turkey sausage from the book. Bake at 350¡ for a few minutes to warm it all up.
