Turkey: Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

I cored 16 mushrooms, put the stems in the food processor
added 1 egg white
1 of my 2oz. sausage pattys
1/4 cup onion
2 tsp low sodium chicken broth
1Tbs minced garlic
1 Tbs splenda
I mixed it all up in the processor then stuffed the caps and baked for about 40 minutes at 350 They are Excellent and I can eat almost all of them within the guidlines for a single meal.
