    Turkey: Spring Rolls

    Cook 1 lb. ground turkey along with the followng spices:

    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper freshly ground
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil

    I cooked turkey ahead of time and just kept it in frig until time to make them. I only made three at a time as whoever gave the receipe said they get soggy when you make them ahead and reheat them unless you reheat in oven.

    Rice Paper
    Bag of Broccoli Slaw (julienned strips of broccoli, purple cabbage and carrots)

    Wet rice paper slightly to make it bendable. I measured out my turkey and split it up into 3 portions put on rice paper, add vegetables, however much you want and still able to wrap up like an egg roll or burrioto. Tuck edges under.

    I lightly brushed low-sodium or sodium free if you can find it soy sauce on top.

    Bake at 425 degrees for about 20 to 30 mins. until crispy. It took mine 30 mins.
