    Turkey: Tarragon & Lemon Turkey

    List of Ingredients




    (original recipe calls for 1 tbl Olive oil for marinade)
    1 x Clove garlic, crushed
    2 tbl Freshly chopped tarragon
    1 tbl Wholegrain mustard
    2 tbl Lemon juice
        (original recipe calls for Salt)
    freshly ground black pepper
    4 Turkey breast fillets
        Fresh tarragon leaves to garnish

    Recipe



    * 1. Mix together the oil, garlic, tarragon, mustard, lemon juice and seasoning. Coat the turkey breasts and leave to marinate for 3-4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

    * 2. Line a grill pan with foil and grill the turkey breasts for 12-15 minutes, turning and basting occasionally with the marinade, until cooked.

    * 3. Garnish with fresh tarragon leaves and serve with long grain and wild rice.

    * NOTES : This delicious supper dish ideally needs marinating for 3-4 hours or overnight. Serve with long grain rice.
