Turkey: Turkey Crumbles

"I brown a package of ground turkey every weekend and store it in a bag as well. It is a QUICK easy thing to reheat, and is nice to add to salads and rice. I brown it with LOTS of fresh garlic, umm two to three cloves! LOL...I think the garlic makes it taste salty or something to me. Add half a chopped onion, half a chopped green pepper, lots of black pepper, or whatever your fancy is. You can turn it into a spaghetti like sauce to put on rice noodles by adding fresh tomatoes and a tiny bit of sodium free tomato sauce. My favorite way to eat it is over steamed Jasmine rice. If you have not eaten any of the fragrant rices, you simply MUST find them! I steam a steamer full of this stuff, and just scoop it out of a ziplock baggie all week long. It is yummy for breakfast with Splenda and cinnamon, Yummy added to veggie stir fry, yummy with fish. It is probably my favorite find. BUT, my favorite is to put the turkey crumbles over the rice, add a salad, or veggies, and have a rice bowl!"
