    1/2 cup catsup or chili sauce (no salt)
    Egg substitute equivalent to 2 large eggs
    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    1/3 cup uncooked oatmeal
    1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley...OR...1 tablespoon dried parsley
    2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano...OR...3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
    2 pounds lean ground turkey

    Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Prepare a 5x9-inch loaf pan with non-stick pan spray. Combine all the ingredients except the turkey in a large mixing bowl. Add the turkey and mix until well blended. Place the turkey mixture in the prepared pan and shape into a loaf. Bake for 1 hour, or until a meat thermometer registers 160 to 165 degrees F. Allow the loaf to cool 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
