Cut off a piece of aluminum foil. Cut enough potatoes for your carb and enough carrots for your veggie. Place potatoes on foil. Layer meat, then carrots on top of potatoes. Add seasonings, onion and some water. Fold up, sealing foil tightly. Put in oven on 350¡ until veggies are cooked.
