    From member Sharky74: I have one I like, it's easy and you can portion it out well! Once grilling season starts, you can make it on the grill!!!

    List of Ingredients

    * ground turkey
    * onion
    * potatoes
    * carrots
    * parsley
    * garlic

    Recipe

    Cut off a piece of aluminum foil. Cut enough potatoes for your carb and enough carrots for your veggie. Place potatoes on foil. Layer meat, then carrots on top of potatoes. Add seasonings, onion and some water. Fold up, sealing foil tightly. Put in oven on 350¡ until veggies are cooked.
