List of Ingredients
* 2 pounds ground turkey
* 1/2 cup chopped onion
* 2 celery ribs with leaves, chopped
* 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
* 1 2/3 cups canned crushed tomatoes
* 1/4 cup ketchup (see main 6wbmo category for recipes)
* 1-2 tbsp Splenda
* 1 tbsp vinegar
* 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, low sodium brand (this is an off plan ingredient)
* 1/4 tsp ground mustard
* 1/4 tsp paprikaRecipe
In a Dutch oven over medium heat, cook turkey, onion, celery and green pepper until the meat is no longer pink and the vegetables are tender; drain. Add the next nine ingredients; mix well. Simmer, uncovered, for 35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
