    Turkey: Turkey Stuffed Mushrooms

    Recipe Introduction

    From member joymarie: I experimented with stuffed mushrooms today and no one can tell they're good for you. They are excellent and I can eat almost all of them within the guidelines for a single meal.

    List of Ingredients

    * 16 mushrooms,cored, reserve stems
    * 1 egg white
    * 2 oz turkey sausage
    * 1/4 cup chopped onion
    * 2 tsp low sodium chicken broth
    * 1 tbsp minced garlic
    * 1 tbsp Splenda

    Recipe

    Add reserved stems and remaining ingredients to food processor and process until mixed well. Stuff caps and bake for about 40 minutes at 350¡.
