Turkey: Turkey in Herbed Sauce

List of Ingredients
splash of low sodium chicken or vegetable broth
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 lb ground turkey
28 ounces low-sodium crushed tomatoes with puree
1/2 cup white cooking wine
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
4 tsp chopped fresh oreganoRecipe
Heat broth in heavy large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add chopped garlic and onion and saute about 3 minutes. Add ground turkey and saute until beginning to brown, breaking up large chunks with a spoon, about 8 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer mixture until thickened to sauce consistency, about 30 minutes.
