Oats: Banana Oatmeal Custard

Cook your assigned amount of oatmeal in the microwave. Meanwhile, beat your egg whites with a fork. Add to the cooked oatmeal, mix thoroughly. Microwave on high for one minute. Stir, microwave another minute.
Add 1 tsp vanilla, and desired amount of cinnamon and/or artificial sweetner along with one half ripe bannana and enjoy!!!
I use it as a breakfast or snack meal before I workout. Also I use it as a lunch meal or dinner meal when I am not able to have any thing to cook and need to whip up some thing quick. Ê
