    Rice: Rice Pudding 2

    Recipe Introduction

    From member dragonfly09: I had to share this. I just made the most yummy rice pudding. It was kind of an attempt at something my dad used to make with stale bread. I made way too much rice and had 5 brown bananas and an overripe pear that I didn't want to throw away.b

    List of Ingredients

    * 4 overripe bananas
    * 1 overripe pear
    * 5 egg whites
    * 2 tsp ground cloves
    * 1 tbsp cinnamon
    * 2 pkts Splenda
    * 1 tbsp vanilla
    * 3 cups rice (cooked)

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a blender, blend egg whites until light. Pour into a separate bowl. In blender, blend bananas and pear until almost a thick liquid. Add back egg whites and whip until mixed. Add spices and Splenda, mix. Pour into a big bowl and add rice. Mix well. Pour into a round non-stick cake pan. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon. Bake 1 hour. Let cool.
