1 cup Brown rice
1 cup Barley
6 Carrots chunked
1 Onion chopped
1/2 pound Mushrooms chopped
1 Dash garlic spice blend
8 cups Water
1 tsp Bragg's Aminos
Recipe
Put into crockpot, put a lid on it and cook on low overnight. In the AM add a dash of Bragg's Aminos for the saltiness I wanted.
