1 cup Millet
2 1/2 cup Water Or To 3 C Water,Or More As Necessary
(original calls for 1/4 tsp Sea Salt)
1/2 sm Onion Finely Chopped
1 Clove Minced Garlic
1 tsp SageRecipe
Put all the ingredients in a med saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook 30 min or until millet has absorbed all the moisture of the water. It's a good idea to check it at 20 min, as sometimes the millet cooks faster.
Note: A good breakfast or dinner dish. Add the greater amount of water if you like a creamy consistency; lesser if you prefer it like a dinner grain.
